How do I order school meals for my son/daughter?
Ordering school meals can differ from school to school, where online ordering is available you will find a link on your local school’s area page which you can select from the drop-down list on our homepage. Where online ordering isn’t available you will most likely need to order directly through your school, please refer to your school’s menu or contact your school directly to find out the best way to go about ordering.
I’ve tried ordering school meals but have a problem with the payment system. Please help
There are a number of different payment systems across our schools, in order to get this resolved quickly please get in touch with your local area catering office or directly with your school.
How can I see what’s on the menu?
You may be aware that Chartwells produce menus for a large number of schools, this means that our menus can be slightly different across our schools. If you select your school’s area from the drop-down list on our homepage you will be able to find more about your school menu, alternatively you can get in touch with your school directly and they can let you know what’s on the menu.
How do I find out if my child is entitled to free school meals?
If you have a child in Reception, Years 1 or 2, they will be entitled to enjoy a school meal for free every day! If your child is in KS2 they may also be able to receive a delicious free school meal every day if you receive one of the benefits listed on the following website https://www.gov.uk/apply-free-school-meals .
