
Marinated Chicken & Veg Kebabs with Jewelled Rice and Mint Yoghurt Dip
The weather may be slightly miserable but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy tasty BBQ food! Chef Allegra and Chef Greg from Chartwells Ireland have teamed up to bring you this tasty recipe for Marinated Chicken & Veg Kebabs with Jewelled Rice and a yummy Mint Yoghurt Dip.
This is a really versatile dish. You could serve with a wholegrain rice salad, or a BBQ with corn on the cob with potato salad, or even in a wrap with extra veggies! You could even swap the chicken for halloumi or tofu if vegetarian is preferred!
