Spaghetti Bolognese with Dough Balls
Who doesn't love Spag Bol? Chef Allegra and special guest Chef Kristy all the way from Chartwells in Florida, are going to show us how to pack lots of veggies into our Spaghetti Bolognese, plus make homemade garlic doughballs!
A perfect family recipe and an easy staple for the kids to learn. Lots of veggies in this one - onions, carrots, celery and courgette. This means lots of fibre. Fibre is good for our digestive systems, keeping our tummies healthy. Don't worry if your kids don't like chunky veg, we grate them in, making the texture amazing too. Some people like to us half mince and half lentil in their Bolognese for even more fibre!
